Website notice pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) – Privacy Policy

Specific summary notices are progressively provided or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular on-request services that include data collection forms. We also inform you that, in order to provide a complete service, our site may contain links to other websites not managed by VIVAI COOPERATIVI RAUSCEDO SOCIETA' COOPERATIVA AGRICOLA (hereinafter “VCR”). VCR is not responsible for errors, contents, cookies, publications of unlawful or morally objectionable content, advertising, banners or files that do not comply with current legal provisions, nor for compliance with Privacy regulations by sites not managed by the Controller.

VCR, as the Controller of your personal data pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13  of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with regard to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be carried out in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency and with the protection of your privacy and your rights. The information and personal data you provide or otherwise acquired in the context of your use of the site will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the aforementioned regulation and the confidentiality obligations set out therein.

Data subjects and retention period

A) Users browsing the website www.vivairascedo.com While browsing, the computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the Site acquire certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, such as, by way of example, the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the size of the file obtained and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system,

B) “Contacts” users

By filling out the form available in the “Contacts” section, your common personal data will be used to respond to your requests. Providing data for these purposes constitutes the performance of your request. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6.1(b) of the GDPR. Your data will be retained for the time necessary to provide the service you requested. 

C) Newsletter

By entering your common personal data (e.g., first name, last name, email, profession, country, etc.) in the fields provided for subscribing or requesting consent to receive the newsletter, your data will be used to subscribe you to the personalized mailing list for sending editorial content, e-books, white papers, guides and monographs, invitations to events and professional conferences, messages about products, commercial offers and special content of VRC or  promoted by VCR, in full compliance with the principles of lawfulness and fairness and with legal provisions.
Providing your personal data is  optional; however, refusal will make it impossible for VCR to fulfill your request to subscribe to the newsletter and to inform you about VCR news or items promoted by VCR. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6.1(a) of the GDPR.  You may object to the processing at any time by using the link at the bottom of the email or by sending a request to the Controller at the contact details indicated in this notice. Your data will be retained until you decide to withdraw/object to your subscription.

Methods of processing personal data

Your personal data will be processed manually, electronically and/or via telematic means, through the use of cookies (as indicated in the cookie policy available on the site), individual and automated emails and by means of electronic computers using third-party software, in compliance with the methods referred to in Arts. 6 and 32 of the GDPR and by adopting the appropriate security measures provided for.
To compare and, where appropriate, improve the results of communications, the Controller uses systems for sending newsletters and promotional communications with reports. Thanks to the reports, Kerakoll will be able to know, for example: the number of readers; openings, unique “clickers” and clicks; details of emails sent by date/time/minute; details of emails delivered and undelivered, those forwarded; the list of users unsubscribed from the newsletter. All these data are used for the purpose of comparing and, where appropriate, improving the results of communications.

Recipients of personal data and data disclosure

Your data will be processed by duly authorized personnel and may be processed by third parties belonging, by way of example, to the following categories:  external parties providing cloud services;

The parties belonging to the categories listed above act, in some cases, as processors specifically appointed by the Controller pursuant to Article 28 GDPR, in other cases in total autonomy as separate controllers; it being understood that, in the latter case, the communication of your personal data to such independent controllers is carried out solely for the purpose of pursuing the purposes indicated in this notice.

Your personal data will not be disseminated.

Transfer of personal data

You have the right to obtain from the Controller the erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction, updating, rectification, portability, and objection to the processing of personal data concerning you and, in general, you may exercise all the rights provided for by Arts. 15 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 by writing to privacy@vivairauscedo.com. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority 

Rights of data subjects

EU Reg. 2016/679: Arts. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 – Rights of the Data Subject

  1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exist, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form, as well as the possibility to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
